At ROCKBROS, we stand by the quality of our cycling gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
